This study aims to analyze the effects of esthetic salon’s internal marketing factors on employees’ organizational commitment and customer-orientation. distributed 590 copies questionnaire targeting Be-chae employees, 570 effective were used as final analysis data. For statistical processing, a SPSS v. 21.0 Statistical Package Program was through data coding cleaning process. The results are follows: reward system by subfactor at salon, support from management, education/training, welfare benefits revealed enhancing in order.
